We discuss your concerns, symptoms, pain, health history, life events, medications, individuality, nature, and your bespoke natural health treatment options. Homeopathy is most effective when matched to your nature and symptoms; a deep understanding of your way of experiencing symptoms is gathered in the consultation to find the appropriate remedies that match you holistically and stimulate healing for you.

After your in person or online Homeopathic consultation, indepth analysis of your symptoms/our discussions take place to create an individualised Treatment plan and prescription to impact your symptoms in the most effective, quickest and gentle way. Once complete, the natural remedies are prepared and posted to you, and supplement and product recommendations shared.

Depending on the package you book and your symptoms, we will complete your follow-up appointment often 4-6 weeks after, or/and have check in calls and practitioner support throughout. We discuss your progress, impacts on your life, symptoms, pain, moods, emotions etc, and our next target and focus to continually improve your health and vitality to ensure you move forward with your wellness. You will then be sent a revised Homeopathic Treatment plan and prescription.
